REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Business manager
Supervision Of Interacts With staff members and customers
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervises vessel planning activities prior to the ship arriving to the port
Ensures the load & discharge is performed accurately & timely
Responsible for ensuring vessels sail at the earliest time possible
Interacts with tracking companies to facilitate the timely delivery of containers
Completes required documents associated with operations in an accurate & timely manner
Works closely with Terminal management & customer service teams to ensure container traffic is handled by the port in a timely manner
Experience: 3 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Diploma / degree in Maritime, Logistics or any related field
