Job Details:
- Manage the month-end closing by preparing adjusting journal entries, reviewing and reconciling balance sheet accounts and deciding on accruals.
- Prepare analysis of the financial and non-financial information to reveal insights and support management decision making.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial reporting standards (IFRS) and reporting financials to the corporate head office.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process to ensure a solid and reasonable budget. Review the budget submissions and consolidate the budget pack.
- Process supplier and contractor payments and review supplier ageing.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and ensure reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis.
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/Commerce.
- Candidate with three to six years experience in the similar role.
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge of Accounting software and MS Office Application.
