Job Summary: Looking for an Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Handle the routine office administrative tasks
- Welcome and direct all visitors appropriately
- Respond and transfer all incoming calls and book all outgoing calls
- Carry out data entry, filing as well as other clerical duties
- Collect and verify goods are in order
- Give answers to public enquiry
- Handle office petty cash
- Manage the daily operations of the office in a proper manner
- Maintain an up to date filing system in the office
- Maintain the security of office equipment, documents as well as records
- Maintain the diary and schedule meetings
- Perform any other related assigned tasks
- Suitable candidates must a Degree in a Business Administration or any related discipline
- At least 3+ years of experience in conducting administrative related duties
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly trustworthy and ethical
- Should have a strong commitment to the assigned duties
- Must be detail orientated and resourceful person
- Good computer application knowledge required
- Female candidates on own visas are required
