Job DescriptionOur client, a prestigious, award winning Nursery and Kindergarten in Dubai are looking for a full time Administrative Coordinator to provide support to school leadership.

The Role:
Administrative Assistance
Provide administrative support to school leadership
Coordinate recruitment related tasks, such as scheduling interviews, obtaining completed employment applications, contacting references, and onboarding
Curriculum Support
- Consolidate inputs from all teachers for class newsletters, add them to format and send them to parents
- Consolidate input from teachers for school reports and send them to parents
- Support distance learning, as needed, including sending parent emails, coordinating with teachers for material and uploading content in online portal when required
- Filing curriculum, lessons plans and other information, as required
- Maintain student and employee documents
- Maintain mandatory staff training records, like first aid and fire safety; coordinate renewals
- Go through information checklist for each student at the start of the term and follow-up on missing information and documents
- Coordinate with PRO for employee visas, cancellations, bank account opening etc
- Monitor contracts with maintenance providers and other vendors; coordinate renewals
- Coordinate with IT services provider to resolve IT related issues
- Coordinate registration, cancellation and renewal of employee medical insurance
- Monitor and assist with license renewals
- Highly organized and structured
- Experience working in a nursery or school environment would be a strong plus
- Must be very flexible, hands-on and capable of multitasking to make things happen
- Must be willing to step into multiple roles if required
- Must have high level of IT literacy and the ability to troubleshoot problems
- Must be discrete, discerning and willing to go above and beyond what might be seen as everyday working patterns
- Confidentiality is paramount in this role
- Confidence is an essential attribute required for dealing in both internal and external communications
