ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain high standards for store appearance and display.
Responsible for preparing the store fr business and making sure all closing tasks are done before the end of the day.
Managing existing employees schedules and make any needed changes.
To research new products and make purchases of new items.
Assisting in the development of new sales or recruiting programs.
To conduct regular audits to ensure the store is function-able and presentable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be with at least 1-2 years experience in the same role.
Should be responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
Great people skills and customer service skills.
Good with the ability to create and analyze reports.
Having great leadership and organizational abilities.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
