Responsibilities & Duties:
- To retain/acquire new clients who are willing to invest in property market
- Would need to achieve the sales/ revenue target for new clients
- Would need to create/ maintain excellent relationships with clients. Interact regularly with the clients
- Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to requirements
- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
- Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
- Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
- Exposure to regional and global markets
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
Experience:
- 1 - 5 years, preferably sales
- Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in a sales position for the last 2-5 years handling Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Auto Sales or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
- Extensive Sales knowledge in Real Estate industry
- Relevant experience in retail sales and must be fluent in communication.
- Should be fluent in regional language
- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.
- Should be extremely good in follow –ups
