The holder of this post is responsible for providing a service to the Technical Performance Manager and Depot Performance team ensuring that depot personnel & administration issues are maintained to the highest standard.

Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure all Maintenance records are process in a timely manner and archived
- Scan, separate, save and upload pdf copies of maintenance documentation to papervision.
- Update of Maintenance Management system EAM, excel spreadsheets, R2, wheelwear database and other database as required.
- Raise, track, close out campaign on EAM and ensure archive has complete set of documentation to support closure.
- Administrative Support to Technical Performance Manager and Technical Performance Engineers
- Ensure Archive documents are forwarded to Papervision for storage and tidyness of Archive room is maintained in good order.
- Quality Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Carry out all work activities in accordance with local quality procedures.
- Examine all quality procedures, notices, publications and instructions.
Working an average of 37 hours per week.
Monday – Friday
