Planning, monitoring day to day construction activities and supervising the site construction staff at site.
Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring day to day construction activities and supervising the site construction staff at site.
• Ensuring the construction machineries & equipment are in working condition at site.
• Planning and controlling of materials movement.
• Supervision and directing construction activities according to the technical and commercial criteria.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of Quality Assurance System procedures with regard to the execution of the project in his engineering discipline.
• Ensuring that the Quality of materials and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the Project and the company quality system.
• Ensuring that the work is completed in a safe manner and that all necessary Safety Regulations and Statutory Requirements are followed.
• Issuing instructions to the Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen to complete the work in accordance with Project Planning and schedules.
• Supervision of any subcontract work to ensure Quality and Completion of work in accordance with Project Specification.
• Review of Planning and Scheduling for the forthcoming weeks and advising the Project Manager of any discrepancies to allow for changes in workload.
• Completing all necessary documentation to be included in weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager's review.
• Ensuring a proper use of material at site and controlling waste.

Required Qualifications
B.Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience in construction field with a minimum of 10-12 years experience in Middle East in the capacity of a Construction Manager in building construction.
