The Role:
- To coordinate day to day contract administration activities, ensuring contractor compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract
- To perform Contract analysis in order to monitor the achievement of project goals
- To ensure that all aspects of the contract are complied with in an auditable manner and that cost, schedule and HSE risks are minimized.
- To assist Contract Holders in all matter of legality, tax, insurance, warranty, bond, liquidated damages and penalties.
- To guarantee an efficient resolution of contractual problems, with the management of claims and variations produced during the contract execution
- To contribute to the development of Lessons Learned
5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
5 years of contract administration/project management experience
"- Organisation: Organisational structure and processes - Regulatory system.
Contract Administration
Advanced knowledge of post award contract management process : application and development of standards, procedures, working instructions in accordance with regulatory system - Use and applications of methodologies for the management of variations and claims during the contract lifecycle with relevant analysis of impact on costs - Suppliers products and Markets and relevant processes - Monitoring of Contractors/Suppliers performance - Expediting methodologies.
Basic knowledge of pre-award activities : Procurement planning and management - Requisitions - Bid Evaluations - Knowledge of various types of contracts and different Procurement strategies.
- Civil Law and Contractual Requirements: Regulation of contract/subcontracts - Health Safety and Environment -Safet
