Working closely with the distributor field sales & merchandising team to achieve execution excellence
Making sure the MSS's are available / OSA is in line with the reco
The planogram compliance and SOS% is as agreed
Secondary displays are executed with the right product / sufficient quantity
Pricing of regular / promo sku's are properly executed
POP's are in place and in good condition
Develop a 5P in store tracker to capture issues / opportunities and report back
Tracking and reporting back key competitor activities.
80% field and 20% reporting and presenting back
