Job Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants should basically hold a Degree in a business related course from an accredited institution
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role required
- Should have the ability to display a positive attitude while handling customers
- Ability to handle stress and multitask in a busy environment
- Good computer application knowledge including Ms Office package
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Should be analytical with good problem solving skills
- Must be confident
