Description
Hiring a Data entry operator for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
- Create documents and spreadsheets with large numbers of data points and details without mistakes.
- Update existing data.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Sort, upload and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Assist in office organization procedures.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as data entry clerk or other clerical position.
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
