Description
Hiring a Data entry operator for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
  • Create documents and spreadsheets with large numbers of data points and details without mistakes.
  • Update existing data.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Sort, upload and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Assist in office organization procedures.
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Key Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk or other clerical position.
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
