DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the company's digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and online displays.
He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Developing and implementing appropriate business processes, dashboards, reports, disciplines and schedules that deliver a holistic review of results, trends.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage Digital marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools
  • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
  • Deliver effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content development,
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc
  • Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analysing data, and identifying trends and insights.
  • Develop, monitor campaign budgets & manage external agencies as required.
  • Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap.
  • Measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics, and PPC campaigns.
  • Creating and posting content for newsletters and email campaigns. Creating content for listing platforms, websites and maintaining/ updating activity
  • Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Experience:
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
