We requires eligible candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can apply.
Job Details:
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
  • Assess staff performance and attendance and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder.
  • Candidate with three years experience in the similar role.
  • Fluency in English is must.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Application.
