We are hiring suitable candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Dubai. Candidate who are interested can send CV.
Job Details:
- Manage the daily administration functions of the business.
- Establish and maintain administration processes throughout the business operations.
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
- Schedule conference rooms for internal meetings and events, including AV set-up.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
- Maintain office inventory, including ordering supplies and stocking the office.
- Support the Sales, Project Management and Finance teams so there is an efficient flow throughout the business.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Three years experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to multitask.
