We are hiring suitable candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Dubai. Candidate who are interested can send CV.
Job Details:
  • Manage the daily administration functions of the business.
  • Establish and maintain administration processes throughout the business operations.
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
  • Schedule conference rooms for internal meetings and events, including AV set-up.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
  • Maintain office inventory, including ordering supplies and stocking the office.
  • Support the Sales, Project Management and Finance teams so there is an efficient flow throughout the business.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Three years experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
