Job Summary: Looking for an Office Clerk in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Keep up files as well as records to ensure they stay updated and easily accessible
- Respond to the phone to take messages
- Screen and share out incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices
- Make travel arrangements and book venues for conferences as well as events
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks as well as issue invoices
- Handle office management and organization procedures
- Conduct other office duties as assigned
- Applicants must have a relevant Diploma
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
- Must have warm personality with strong communication skills
- Should be able to work well under limited supervision
- Good computer skills with excellent typing skills
