Job Summary: Looking for an Office Clerk in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Keep up files as well as records to ensure they stay updated and easily accessible
  • Respond to the phone to take messages
  • Screen and share out incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices
  • Make travel arrangements and book venues for conferences as well as events
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks as well as issue invoices
  • Handle office management and organization procedures
  • Conduct other office duties as assigned
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Applicants must have a relevant Diploma
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Must have warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Should be able to work well under limited supervision
  • Good computer skills with excellent typing skills
