This role
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (immediate start desirable), within a newly established team, and is therefore a rare opportunity to influence and truly help shape our direction, team culture, and way of working.
The attached job description provides the detail, but in summary you will be the first point of contact for senior managers regarding people related topics.
What you'll need to succeed
Have your customer's need at the heart of everything you do
Previous experience supporting volume consultations and change programmes in a fast pace environment
High attention to detail on all documents created
Strong ER experience managing complex cases
Ability to manage a wide variety of projects at any one time
Whilst your experience, skills and track record are an absolute requirement they are secondary to your credibility, resilient, commitment and genuine passion for great customer service.
