Job Summary: Looking for a Personal Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Will assist in preparing and typing correspondence as well as reports
- Receive incoming mail
- Keep files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner
- Request and maintain office supplies as well as equipment
- Attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Organize and participate in meetings
- Maintain office systems including data management and filing systems
- Should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Secretarial Studies
- At least 1+ years of related working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Should be able to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Should be able to work under tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Ms Office applications
- Must be skilled in preparing official correspondence
- Ability to multitask
