Job Summary: Looking for a Personal Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Will assist in preparing and typing correspondence as well as reports
  • Receive incoming mail
  • Keep files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner
  • Request and maintain office supplies as well as equipment
  • Attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Organize and participate in meetings
  • Maintain office systems including data management and filing systems
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Secretarial Studies
  • At least 1+ years of related working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Should be able to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Should be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office applications
  • Must be skilled in preparing official correspondence
  • Ability to multitask
