Description:
We are searching for a Personal Assistant/ Office Administration.

The applicant must:
  • Must Have a UAE driving license.
  • Preferably with Degree.
  • Must speak French(Compulsory).
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a PA role or Admin role in the UAE.
  • Arrange appointments for personal & professional purposes whenever needed .
  • Prepare letters, reports as per management request.
  • Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Liaising with other executives on behalf of the Director.
Must have good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and a good time manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Maintain soft copy & hard copy of all documents related to the company.
  • Do some PRO work such as visa process, renewals, company licenses and other related documents.
  • Bookings & arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
