Description:
We are searching for a Personal Assistant/ Office Administration.
The applicant must:
- Must Have a UAE driving license.
- Preferably with Degree.
- Must speak French(Compulsory).
- Have at least 2 years experience in a PA role or Admin role in the UAE.
- Arrange appointments for personal & professional purposes whenever needed .
- Prepare letters, reports as per management request.
- Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Liaising with other executives on behalf of the Director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and Confidentiality.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Maintain soft copy & hard copy of all documents related to the company.
- Do some PRO work such as visa process, renewals, company licenses and other related documents.
- Bookings & arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- All candidates should attach their CV.
Salary: 4500 - 6000 AED/Month
