Key Attributes:
- A native English speaker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational expertise
- A resilient character; someone who is able to work under pressure and manage their own work schedule
- Being kind, supportive, collaborative and trustworthy
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing diaries and making appointments for the Principal with additional support to the other two Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members
- Supporting the coordination of divisional calendars
- Arranging travel, accommodation, screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Liaising with key network groups and establishing contact points
- Dealing with incoming email, post, often corresponding on behalf of the Principal
- Organizing and attending meetings, preparing reminders, agenda items and minutes
- Coordinating with HR to book interviews with potential candidates
- Liaising with teaching and administrative staff to manage approval processing
- Help in organizing various school events, conferences and training
