Job Summary: Looking for a Personal Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Collect incoming mail and oversee dispatch of outgoing mail
- Handle callers in a proper manner
- Make sure relevant documents for meetings as well as speeches are prepared on time
- Prepare letters of routine nature
- Maintain timely responses to inquires and correspondences
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Ensure cleanness and orderliness of the office
- Perform any other related tasks as may be requested from time to time
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies or any related course
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience required
- Ability to communicate well and follow instructions
- Must be organized and good in planning
- Must be able to multitask with excellent time management skills
- Good computer application knowledge with excellent typing skills
- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time
- Must be presentable and confident in nature
- The incumbent should be willing to start work as soon as possible
