ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day to day office operation, management and arranging appointments.
- Answering incoming phone calls, email inquiries and taking messages.
- Providing required information and resolving clients and staff inquiries.
- The candidate shall ensure the office is clean and is stocked with required supplies all the time.
- Welcoming, greeting visitors and determine their purpose of visit.
- To respond to client needs and request in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should have good computer skills and software applications knowledge.
- Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Must be highly motivated, self driven and smart.
