ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for day to day office operation, management and arranging appointments.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, email inquiries and taking messages.
  • Providing required information and resolving clients and staff inquiries.
  • The candidate shall ensure the office is clean and is stocked with required supplies all the time.
  • Welcoming, greeting visitors and determine their purpose of visit.
  • To respond to client needs and request in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should have good computer skills and software applications knowledge.
  • Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
