We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist within our busy Acute Adult Services in Kings Lynn. The Acute Services comprises of an 16 bedded ward as well as Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team and Mental health Liaison Team.
The position is substantive, 37.5 hours per week, at Samphire Ward to cover the hours of Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 (or in line with ward's needs).
You will be the first point of contact within the unit and will be expected to demonstrate effective team work skills. The role will include call handling, greeting visitors, data entry, purchasing, scanning documents, typing and other administrative office duties including reception work.
You are also required to complete day to day operational tasks such as alarm testing, issuing badges, logging maintenance work, cash handling in connection with patient's money and petty cash and keeping Reception tidy.
You will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage.
