We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist within our busy Acute Adult Services in the Woodlands. This is a fixed term post for 3 months covering sickness. The Woodlands comprises of 4 wards as well as the Crisis Resolution Team, Home Treatment team and various clinics are held here.

The position is a fixed term post, 37.5 hours per week to cover a 24 hour Reception service 7 days a week. You will be working on a 3 shift pattern, Early, Late and Night shifts.

You will be the first point of contact within the unit, we are looking for somebody that upholds our Trust Values with a positive attitude and a friendly professional approach. You will be expected to have good communication skills and demonstrate effective team working. The role will include call handling, greeting visitors, data entry, scanning documents, typing and other administrative office duties including specific responsibilities designated to the reception role.

You will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
