ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To professionally and compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors and members.
- Helping guests with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining high level confidentiality of the company.
- Answering phone calls in a polite tone and re-directing calls to respective departments.
- Responsible for maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system of the company.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence.
- To perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail.
- The candidate should be with at least 1-2 years experience as Receptionist.
- Should have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
- Should have good computer skills and fast typing abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Must be friendly, proactive and organized.
