Job Description

• Attending incoming & outgoing call.
• Operate telephone and consoles to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls.
• Email accounts management and reply to mails or rerouting of mails to the persons concerned.
• Make Invoices & keep track of them /Documenting same
• Carry out other clerical, secretarial or receptionist duties as required (e.g. keyboarding and data entry or photocopying) during quieter periods on the switchboard.
