Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide sales and administrative support to the Sales and Technical Support Team.
  • End to End supply management, order processing, management of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, monitoring & liaising with 3rd party contractor for delivery arrangement.
  • Attend to sales enquiries and generate official quotation.
  • Forge excellent customer relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Management and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Sales order processing in the data system.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Two to four years experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in CRM tool.
