Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide sales and administrative support to the Sales and Technical Support Team.
- End to End supply management, order processing, management of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, monitoring & liaising with 3rd party contractor for delivery arrangement.
- Attend to sales enquiries and generate official quotation.
- Forge excellent customer relationship with existing and new customers.
- Management and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system.
- Sales order processing in the data system.
- Bachelor degree.
- Two to four years experience as a Sales Coordinator.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in CRM tool.
