Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Reply to calls, emails as well as routine letters or forward inquiries to the appropriate staff if necessary
  • Prepare and share out routine correspondence
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and make orders when necessary
  • Organize data and prepare reports as requested
  • Arrange and schedule meetings
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/ Diploma in Secretarial Studies or the equivalent course
  • Ideal candidate must have experience working as a personal secretary
  • Must be familiar with office organization techniques
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented person
  • Must have a professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
  • Asian or Arab candidates are required
