Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Reply to calls, emails as well as routine letters or forward inquiries to the appropriate staff if necessary
- Prepare and share out routine correspondence
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and make orders when necessary
- Organize data and prepare reports as requested
- Arrange and schedule meetings
- Degree/ Diploma in Secretarial Studies or the equivalent course
- Ideal candidate must have experience working as a personal secretary
- Must be familiar with office organization techniques
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must be well organized and detail oriented person
- Must have a professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
- Asian or Arab candidates are required
