A construction company based in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking to hire a male Technical Training Manager.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis and annual performance appraisals.
- To develop technical training courses for all levels from the beginner, intermediate and advanced.
- Resolving any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
- To liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom style training.
- Gathering feedback from trainees, instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate must have 7-10 years of teaching or training experience.
- Must have prior UAE, GCC or India with Engineering background.
- Should have a bachelors degree of Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
- Applicants with ACTVET, ADVETI teaching or training experience will be an advantage.
- Must have track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Preferred male candidates with teaching, training experience in Academic institutions, training centers or Universities.
- Ability to prepare reports and training manuals.
