Job Key Details:
- Manage the petty cash and record in Excel
- Review and maintain the cash book
- Handle the supplier payment requests
- Make sure financial transactions are properly recorded in the system
- Make sure all filing is conducted in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the company’s payroll and associated statutory requirements
- Handle budgets and financial plans
- Review the sales books on a daily basis
- Prepare monthly reports and present them to the management
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or the related course
- At least 1+ years of experience in handling accounting tasks
- Should be able to work to tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
- Expertise in using accounting software packages
- Ability to communicate well
