Job Key Details:
- Manage accounts payable as well as receivable
- Attend to all accounts inquiries
- Conduct internal audits on financial activities as and when necessary
- Assess both incoming as well as outgoing invoices to ensure their accuracy
- Make sure company financial accounts are paid on time
- Assist in preparing the budget
- Settle financial disputes in a proper way
- Assist in processing invoices
- Prepare cash flow statements as necessary
- Any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should possess a Degree Accounting, Business Administration or the equivalent
- A Certified Public Accountant will have an advantage
- Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the accounting role within the UAE
- Good knowledge in using the accounting software for example Quickbooks
- Should be able to prepare the balance sheet as well as the profit and loss accounts
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented person
- Good knowledge in using the Ms Office suite package
- Must have strong math as well as critical reasoning skills
- Preferred candidates must be Indians or Pakistanis
