Job Summary: Looking for an Accountant in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Set up and maintain books of accounts based on the accepted policies as well as procedures
  • Generate statutory statements and make sure non payroll statutory deductions are computed
  • Make sure reconciliation procedures of various accounts are conducted within the required time
  • Handle payroll and make sure statutory obligations are made in a timely manner
  • Comply with and maintain appropriate financial accounting policies as well as procedures
  • Perform other accounting related duties as will be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or the equivalent from a recognized university
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the accounting field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, protocols as well as budget administration
  • Good knowledge in financial forecasting, analysis as well as reporting
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to plan, organize and lead the implementation of plans and processes
  • Expertise in computerized financial systems
