ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate is to maintain and update cash flow position daily.
- To update SAGE daily regarding the payments, receipts, JV’s.
- Preparing TT and cheque payments to the local, foreign suppliers and utility providers.
- To follow up with the bank on the receipts from the foreign suppliers and payments to suppliers.
- Preparing Invoices checking with the LPO.
- To check and update the exchange rates daily.
- Handling the preparation of petty cash vouchers.
- Candidates should have 1–3 years experience in the Accounts field.
- Sound working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Must be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should be able to join immediately.
- Only visit visa holders required to apply.
- Salary to be discussed.
