- To write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments.
- To update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- To liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should have 1-2 years proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Must have working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular.
- The female candidate must be on a husband Visa.
