ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • To update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • To liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should have 1-2 years proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Must have working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular.
  • The female candidate must be on a husband Visa.
