ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To compile and present reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
  • Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Responsible for copying, scanning and storing documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • To develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Checking for accuracy and editing files like contracts.
  • Administering payrolls and controlling income and
  • expenditure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • The required applicants must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the same role
  • Should be available in UAE and willing to join immediately.
  • Must have a background in VAT according to UAE law.
