Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Welcome, direct and relay telephone messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Keep an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
- Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Handle human resource staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting as well as providing training to the staff
- Set up and carry out orientation as well as training programs
- Receive visitors as well as guests and direct them appropriately
- Organize meetings, conferences as well as conference telephone calls
- Offer administrative support to the management team
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar role
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Good IT skills required
- Asian nationals are required for this position
