Job Key Details:
- Make sure all transactions are properly recorded according to the company regulations as well as policies
- Handle accounts payable as well as receivables
- Assess and disburse authorized petty cash requests
- Assist in processing accounting documents as requested
- Responsible for preparing and submitting statutory deductions to the authorities
- Prepare monthly or weekly accounting reports and present them to the management
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting Option), Finance, Accounting Degree or the equivalent
- At least 1+ years of accounting option required
- Possess high ethical standards with a high level of professionalism
- Knowledge in working with the accounting software required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning as well as organizing skills
- Knowledge of Ms Office suite including Excel
- Preferred candidates must be Africans or Asians
