Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Attendant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Duties:
- Manage all incoming and outbound calls
- Speak courteously and ensure customer retention
- Identify customer needs and offer clear information that will close the sales
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Building working relationships with customers and attend to any queries they raise in time
- Record all conversations in the customer database
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The applicant should hold a High School Diploma
- Applicant should have working in a customer support role.
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills
- CRM Management system experience
- Strong customer focus with flexibility to different personality types.
- Fluent in English
