Your Future Role:
As a Collections Officer, you will be the point of contact for all matters pertaining to project(s) collections. You will be responsible in making collections call and/or correspondence with clients alongside monitoring and maintaining the records. You are expected to provide excellent and considerate customer service to the clients whilst ensuring collections of outstanding dues. You are also expected to prepare related reports and reconciliation. You need to perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the team.
Your Experience and Background:
You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years real-estate experience in the UAE. Background in debt collection, service charges collection, reconciliations and client liaison are important to succeed in this role.

Your Skills:
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate in English and Arabic fluently. You are proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel. You are well-organised and with high-attention to details. You are pro-active, reliable, and a tough character. You are able to work under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner.
