ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating the incoming and outgoing process of products and ensuring that orders are filled and stock is accounted for.
- Entering data into a database to maintain up-to-date stock records.
- To retrieve stored information and responds to inquiries.
- Preparing and distributing reports and documents to staff and guest if necessary.
- To manage and maintain all controlled company documents and ensuring confidentiality and integrity of company records.
- Responsible for taking charge of all document identification, classification and filing.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications and other computers technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team as well.
- The candidate should be with at least 1-2 years experience as a Data Entry Operator.
BENEFITS
Salary 4001-5000 AED.
