- Enter data into the electronic data base in a timely and accurate manner
- Make sure all data entered into the electronic data base is regularly updated to correct all errors
- Make sure data is kept confidential at all times
- Record and report all incidents arising to the manager immediately
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure following instructions given
- The ideal candidate must have a Degree in a business related course
- At least 2+ years of experience in data entry role
- Strong knowledge in the use of applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access as well as Internet
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
