- Post transaction to the right accounts as per the procedures
- Carry out regular backups to ensure data maintenance
- Validate data through comparing with source documents
- Ensure the assigned tasks are completed on time
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should preferably hold a Degree or Diploma in a business course
- At least 1+ years of experience in data entry role
- Good computer application knowledge with excellent typing skills as well as speed
- Should be organized and able to complete tasks on time
- Must have good knowledge of Ms Excel
- Ability to communicate well at all times
