Job Summary: Looking for a Floor Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Handle customers’ requests with focus on customer satisfaction
- Make sure stock levels are well maintained
- Make sure promotions are accurate
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Search for new sales opportunities
- Work to meet the monthly sales targets of the company
- Oversee the staff members on the floor and ensure they are executing their duties to the required standards
- Make sure standards for quality, customer service as well as health and safety are met in the shop
- Degree in Business Management or Business Administration
- Ideal candidates must demonstrate experience in managing or supervising business outlets
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self motivated with a results driven approach
- Preferred candidates must be from Asia
- Should be ready and willing to start work as soon as possible
