Job Key Details:
- Welcome and attend to clients, handle all reception related activities in a proper way
- Respond, screen and direct telephone calls to appropriate individuals
- Keep up a track record of incoming as well as outgoing calls
- Maintain the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Offer general support to visitors
- Supervise the recruitment of new staff
- Plan office layout and order stationery when necessary
- Any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related course
- At least 2+ years of experience as an office admin, office manager or similar position
- Expertise in MS Office suite
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Must have a creative mind
- Must be a good communicator with a positive attitude
- A Kabayan lady is required
