ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving payments from guest accounts at check-out.
- Responsible for posting revenue center charges to guest accounts.
- To clarify customer questions or concerns about charges on their bills.
- To coordinate the billing of credit card and direct-billed guest accounts with the accounting division.
- Assisting with distribution of month end reports as directed by accounts manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be with a previous 2-5 years experience in the same role with at least 1 year in UAE.
- Excellent coordination skills to handle accounts documents.
- Must be a critical thinker with problem solving abilities.
- Should be proficient in relevant accounting software such as Tally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle accounts work independently.
