Job Key Details:
- Maintain proper and systematic filing of all staff files
- Preserve a database of the office recruitment including induction of new staff
- Prepare contracts for all workers
- Contribute to the recruitment process through collecting applications, listing, schedule interview and conduct interviews coordinating appointments
- Make sure office supplies are requested for and distributed in a timely manner
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 1+ years of related working experience
- Possess good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Should be comfortable in being a proactive member of the senior management team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Ms Office suite packages
- Possess high level of confidentiality
- Should be able to function effectively in a complex work environment
- Possess good knowledge and experience in the employment law
