About the job HR Officer
We are looking for a HR Officer to join our team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ UAE Experience
- Assisting and speaking to all members of staff daily to assist them with any HR requests
- Taking care of all the entire onboarding, exit and renewal process of employees
- Must have experiences in handling a company with more than 100 employee
- Must have proven experience of managing a team
o Coordinate with PRO team for new client requests
o Manage the team to be able to meet all deadlines
o Delegate tasks to PRO team to make sure that all requests are provided with an action
o Make sure that visa trackers up-to-date
Maintaining business line relationships and act as an account manager:
o Problem solver and intuitive
o Efficient
o Excellent communication skills
o Patient in explaining processes and procedures to clients
