Role
- Provide expertise in support of outcomes assessment and evaluation of ADSM’s practices.
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data
- Supervising the delivery of internal quality reviews to gather, test and verify an evaluation of ADSM’s practices.
- Plan a schedule of academic and administrative quality reviews to determine ADSM’s effectiveness.
- Support units to develop Critical self-evaluations and improvement action plans.
- Measure the progress and impact of academic programs and administrative units’ improvement action plans and adherence to UAE laws and regulations.
- Evaluating compliance with regulatory standards including CAA, MoE and ADEK.
- Collate local, regional and international benchmarking date.
- Maintain accurate quality assurance information to enable effective planning and decision-making activities.
- Prepare reports based on studies and analysis.
- Use expertise to create research protocols that gather appropriate and sound evidence.
- Assist the Director of Quality assurance and Risk Management in all aspects of the execution of their duties.
Education
Master’s degree in business, project management, quality or other relevant specialism
Skills
- Analytical and evaluative skills
- Good oral and written reporting skills
- Ability to work paperless in a digital environment
- Good knowledge of quality enhancement processes
