• Assistance for Optimizes the efficiency of system in the company by introducing new applications and maintain quality of applications as well as providing a proactive IT support to all users in the company in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
• Assistance for IT help desk
Support users proactively at the office for PC configurations, printers, shared folders, etc. in a timely manner.
Communicate and confirm with headquarters for the system configurations whether, or not, the configuration is inline with the company IT policy.
Request headquarters to setup necessary system configurations.
• Assistance for Application introduction
Assist a project to introduce new applications such as CRM, Warranty, WEB page and E-Learing etc.
To maintain and update the applications.
• Assistance for Intelligence Analysis
• Team Player
Work effectively with team members and other colleagues in the office as well as outside.
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
• University graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to communicate in English
Competencies:
• Ability to process the task accurately.
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills to cooperate with colleagues
• Ability to manage time and prioritize Occasionally should be able to work at flexible schedule including overtime work
Min Experience: 3 Years
Salary : AED 6000
Temp/Perm: Permanent
