We requires eligible candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Abu Dhabi. Applicants who are interested can send resume.
Job Details:
- General administrative support leadership team (calendar & email management, approvals, expenses, document support etc).
- General office management, office moves/ equipment.
- Booking of travel and accommodation requirements for business needs.
- Facilities management (buildings, utilities & compliance).
- Managing couriers, post and mailing functions.
- Assistance with phones/calls/reception function.
- Responsible for procurement & management of office supplies.
- Bachelor degree with experience in the similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize workload and time-management.
- Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written form.
- Excellent customer handling skills both internal and external, and strong conflict resolution experience.
- Experience dealing with building management issues and contractors.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and SharePoint.
