We requires eligible candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Abu Dhabi. Applicants who are interested can send resume.
Job Details:
  • General administrative support leadership team (calendar & email management, approvals, expenses, document support etc).
  • General office management, office moves/ equipment.
  • Booking of travel and accommodation requirements for business needs.
  • Facilities management (buildings, utilities & compliance).
  • Managing couriers, post and mailing functions.
  • Assistance with phones/calls/reception function.
  • Responsible for procurement & management of office supplies.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree with experience in the similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize workload and time-management.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written form.
  • Excellent customer handling skills both internal and external, and strong conflict resolution experience.
  • Experience dealing with building management issues and contractors.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and SharePoint.
